The First Four Lessons Of the Mini Form And T'ai Chi Exercises
A big welcome to all beginners, this is a big week for our T'ai Chi with lots of new people joining. You are all really welcome to this ancient Art which paradoxically is most effective in dealing with modern day stresses.
You will learn great ways to let go of your stress and become more present in each moment, present to yourself , present to your environment , and present to the people( and animals) in your life.
T'ai Chi enhances one's energy awareness and in doing so makes us conscious of how we are all connected in a web of energy. When we tune into energy life can run much more smoothly because we learn to yield and go with the energy rather than trying ( in vain ) to change the flow.
Have you ever tried to stop a wave ? I think you will agree it is impossible to stop a wave but learning to swim with it can be great fun. So jump right into this practice I promise you will be delighted with the many benefits awating you.
