A Day of Sedona Method Releasing



The Sedona Method is a unique, simple, powerful, easy-to-learn and duplicate technique that shows you how to uncover your natural ability to let go of any painful or unwanted feeling in the moment What makes the Sedona Method a powerful tool (that really works!) is that it is a process you can use anytime, anyplace, to improve any area of your life
How It works

There are three ways to approach the process of releasing (letting go of unwanted feelings ), and they all lead to the same result: liberating your natural ability to let go of any unwanted emotion on the spot, and allowing some of the suppressed energy in your subconscious to dissipate.
The first way is by choosing to let go of the unwanted feeling. The second way is to welcome the feeling, to allow the emotion just to be. The third way is to dive into the very core of the emotion.
What You Get
You will find that as you work with The Sedona Method, it will give you much more than you bargained for or even dreamed possible.

Become more aware and more successful
As you continue to use The Sedona Method, you will become more adept at using it, and the results will greatly accelerate over time. You will quickly reach a point where releasing becomes completely second nature. As natural, in fact, as breathing is to you now.
Releasing is a powerful method which enables us to Let Go of limiting beliefs. We mostly don't even realise that we have so many limiting beliefs until we are shown how to find them. In my experience we mostly live our lives based on beliefs that we 'picked up' from our families our schools our culture etc. Many of these beliefs are helpful, however we also pick up many beliefs which hold us back, fill us with fear and keep us from even attempting to follow our dreams. The simple techniques used in The Sedona Method versions of Lester Levenson's work, teach us how to release those beliefs that are holding us back from living life to the full.
This year I have had amazing feedback from people who have found relief in so many areas of their lives:

Today we passed a Stupa . 




And the amazing Red Rocks in every direction.

Back in Arizona

I woke at 5am and decided to take a walk. 



And feel the desert heat.

Just a few reasons I love these taichi journeys

The homeward journey was stunning,

Amidst  billowing clouds, 





Felt, dreamlike, otherworldly.






and perfect, 





The Paps looked so beautiful and I felt  very Happy after a wonderful day of taichi in Castletownbere.

Nano Nagle Place


I’ve been driving past on my way to Tai Chi as the restoration work progressed. 


Today I had time to pay a short visit. 



Climbed the steps to the garden. 



Tranquil and quiet with a feeling of the  convent stillness. 



Found the Cafe, 



Couldn’t resist a sweet treat. 



While  I pondered the perfection of the the window. 



The whole building and sterple beyond. 



So happy to see this space open . I’m looking forward to a longer visit soon as taichi was calling and I had to leave.

Castletownbere Retreat





We are putting the final touches to our Spring retreat in Fabulous West Cork .

 There will be time for mindful walks and exploring  our surroundings. weather but I bet it will be 
 It promises to be a wonderful weekend.  We have just a few spaces remaining so get in touch if you would like to join us. 
The weekend costs €200, Bed and Breakfast is available at Bellatrix €60 for the 2 nights. 
There will be Morning Workshops in Mindfulness and T'ai Chi in the Sarah Walker Gallery on Saturday and Sunday morning from 9-1pm cost €50/session .

T'ai chi Lesson and a few links about The Sedona Methd



Here are some links for people who were asking me about releasing, it is a way of working with our beliefs and feelings that I have found to be really liberating .

Lester Levenson developed the Sedona Method which is a way of dealing with our feelings. You can read his story in this link   Lester.
