Welcome to new beginners




Here are the first few postures of the Mini form .

Take your time as you begin exploring your own body through these postures.

There is no hurry, as you learn to listen to your body it will open and reveal its secrets to you.

You will learn to recognise ways you hold tension in your body and once you see how you are holding the tension it will become easier for you to let it go.

Letting go of tension will free your body, you will have more energy, be more flexible and more relaxed.

So welcome to T'ai Chi, give yourself the gift of time each day to practice and enjoy the benefits T'ai Chi brings to your life.
