Simple Profound And Beautiful

I Fully Agree with Lester Levenson, Hale Dwoskin, Larry Crane and all others who tell us that Love is the Way. A friend on the Retreat introduced me to the work of Matt Kahn and his posts  Too GoodmTo Be True and The Love Revolution both resonate completely with Love.,Checkmhim out for yourself and join the Love Revolution,  From my heart with LOVE To You,  Ann

A Wonderful Day

First Stop on this trip around Sedona.

Refreshed with great coffee we took a walk to Oak Creek.

I got to see my first Sheriff's Car !

On up past Slide Rock.

We wound our way,

Up and up,

To see the views.

And enjoy the snow just like the children.

Climbed down to get a sense of just how huge the bridge is.

This place is vast and awe inspiring, There are a million more photos and memories but it is getting late and I have another adventure tomorrow. This trip has opened my mind and heart , I have made new friends and learned deep lessons.
The most important thing I have found out is that life and people are amazing and that as soon as we realise that we are good life brings us evidence to confirm our beliefs. ( more about that later ).

Snow in Sedona

The snow began to fall yesterday morning.

And it snowed and snowed.

The Creative Life Centre is high up over the ' town' so we moved venue.

Some of us walked down to the new venue. It is interesting how this ' shake up' changed the group dynamic. All good.

Still snowing this morning as I walked to breakfast.

Just one set of footsteps ahead of me this morning.

As I Approach the Wildflower Cafe.

The window looks out on a different scene to Sunday morning's  !

Best Wishes for 2015, LOVE Ann

in beautiful patterns.

Coming back out into the light

u

to more delights

everywhere I turn

Today it's a snow storm as I walked to breakfast in the dark. I cant wait for morning light to see  Sedona in the snow.

Walking to the Retreat

Amazing light this morning.

The Red Rocks seemed so dramatic !

There is a wonderful sense of space, a strong feeling of how vast our sky is.

I love how the buildings all blend into the landscape.

Each corner I turn there is a virw to inspire.

And enchant, this is the driveway to the Creative Life Center where our Retreat takes place.
I can't imagine a more inspiring setting for the work.

Breakfast In Sedona

It is great to be back here again. I'm all set for lots more releasing. The retreat begins this evening so I have today to hike and soak up the amazing Red Rock views.

But must breakfast first and recharge my battery from yesterday's journey.

Clear blue skies for as far as I can see.

The winter colours make everything feel new to me.

So Grateful for this opportunity many Thanks to all who support and make this work possible.

Back To Sedona

Heathrow Airport is buzzing with comming and goings.
I'm heading back to Sedona for more Releasing with Hale Dwoskin.
I am amazed at all that has shifted in my life since the Retreat last May and I am looking forward to Letting Go of more limiting beliefs. This is a great time of year to take time out and review, renew, and revitalise.
I feel so fortunate to be able to make this journey. It feels magical to be in Heathrow and know that by tonight I'll be in Arizona with it's Cacti, Red Rocks and wide open plains.

I'm filled with curiosity and excitement for the adventure ahead.  This makes up for the anxiety about all the checks, the lack of sleep last night snd the shyness about meeting new people.
I'm often 'in control' or at least it feels that way when I'm the one running the class or giving the session. It feels different to be on the other side of the 'fence'.
It is good to face those fears and be reminded of that vulnrable first day feeling.
No boubt there will be lots more photos of Sedona and the surrounding space.
Looking forward to sharing here.
