We worked on healing our lives through heart connections with sitting exercises and with John Kells' amazing Figure 8 heart exercises. Wonderful energy and love filled day.

Tomorrow's workshop is on in Blackrock Community Centre.
For people who are not familiar with Blackrock  check Convent Road

You will see The Pier Head Inn at the entrance to Convent  Ave .
 The centre is about 100 metresup from the Pier Head Inn on the
 right hand side.

The Guest House

                             This being human is a guest house.

ARC House Christmas Tree

Meadows and Byrne have done a wonderful job of decorating ARC House. When I was there yesterday visitors were thrilled with all the novel ways of  arranging  candles , setting table, and generally adding sparkle to ones house and life. 

So don't miss out come along today between 11am and 4 pm.  Be shown around , have some delicious refreshments meet some of the ARC House staff and volunteers who will be delighted to tell you all about the great work happening every week  in ARC House.
