It's lovely to have some time to view these photos and remember great journeys. It is especially nice as i sit in Cork Aiport waiting to board a flight to London.

 I'm off to help at a 5 DayEvent with The Reconnection which begins tomorrow evening.  I loved the event in Bucharest and can't wait to be part of this Workshop in London.

We will 'Sink And Relax ' into a mindful day of practice, awakening to deeper levels of awareness and relaxation. This day will be an oppertunity to listen deeply to the body and mind. We will explore how Open Focus practice can enrich our T'ai Chi and our lives.
It is great to give yourself the gift of 'Time Out', space to recharge through deep listeningand practise.
