Here are Sara and Michael working on one of John's Great pushing hands exercises. This exercise requires quite an ammount of T'ai Chi skill in order to connect and move with the grace and flow that Sara and Michael demonstrate. Beautiful to watch and enjoy.

Finding Us In Blackrock

People often ask me for directions to the Blackrock Community Centre so I decided to make a short video which I hope will help. The video doesn't show the entrance so when you turn right keep your eyes on the old stone wall until the large opening and the Blackrock Community Centre sign appears on your left hand side.

Time For A Rest

Yesterday I couldn't resist stopping to admire,

Autumn in her colourful display that even the shower could not dampen.

Today I'm resting, taking plenty time relax and recharge my battery following the last few hectic weeks. There is nothing like a day of quiet reflection with lots of T'ai Chi and meditation to revive ones spirit. Silence and stillness, time to be present with one's breath and ones body. Be sure to give your self the gift of quiet time and the balm that it brings.

For anyone who is interested in the article Margaret Jennings wrote on T'ai Chi here is a link to my Facebook Page where I posted it.

A Big Thanks to Margaret Jennings for her great article in the Feelgood Magazine, be sure to get your copy of today's Irish Examnier and enjoy reading about the benefits of our great practise.

Light And Gratitude

There was a lovely light reflecting from distant windows as Inarrived at the Oval this morning. A 'fortaste' of the 'light' experience at today's session.

We gathered for our last day at the Oval.

During the lunch break I walked to Vauxhall and was surprised to find myself loving the skyline,

Even the buses looked particularly bright and 'sunny' .
Something in me had opened to see more beauty in every direction that pulled my gaze. The weekend's work is reaping it's benefits. I wish that I could bring everyone to these sessions and give them the opportunity to experience the power and joy of 'steeping ' in these Reconnective Frequencies.
People's faces were glowing brighter and brighter as the day progressed confirming the power of this connection to ' Energy Light And Information'.
I feel truly blessed to be part of this ' Reconnection'.

Reconnective Healing Training In london

Here are some of the other volunteers who are helping at the training this week in London.

The training is taking place in the Kia Oval ( Surrey County Cricket Club).  We are here from about 8.30am until 8pm it's a long and really interesting day. the training is really hands on ( or I should say hands off) because we actually don't touch the person's body when we practice Reconnective Healing.
Now there are  over a 100,000 practitioners worldwide, solid scientific research to back it, and VIPs like Deepak Chopra singing its praises and yet many people have never heard of Reconnective Healing.
The benefits of Reconnective Healing are measurable and significant. Reports include healings from a wide variety of life-threatening, chronic and serious conditions..
When trying to explain what Reconnective Healing is, somehow it’s easier to explain what it’s not: it’s not a modality nor a method, it’s not a treatment nor a therapy, it does not diagnose, and the practitioner’s hands have no need to physically touch the person.
Reconnective Healing is in the forefront of the  emerging field of Energy Healthcare . So what exactly is Reconnective Healing and how does it work? Here are three things you should know:

  • Reconnective Healing effects positive changes to your DNA – In both lab experiments and in the field, human DNA exposed to Reconnective Healing (and the frequencies it uses) repairs and restructures (reconnects) itself into a more harmonic state and faster than any energy healing technique.
  • Just minutes of Reconnective Healing has been scientifically proven to be more than twice as effective as physical therapy in restoring range of motion to limbs of our bodies.
A recent study conducted by the University of Arizona concluded that a 10-minute session of Reconnective Healing significantly improved range of motion in people with restricted shoulder mobility and had more than double the effect produced by physical therapy.

  • It’s real. It requires no faith, hope or belief. It has nothing to do with religion or mind-over-matter. And there are no complicated techniques or procedures.

Back I In London

Lovely to meet my 'tai chi ' friend Pat this morning.

Great to stroll along the river bank thinking talking and remembering friends and companions.

The sky was grey and the breese cool,

But my heart was warm and full of thanks,

For all that London has given me,

In tastes,

In connections,

In possibilities, even seeing all the destinations opens up my imagination. Living in a small town in Ireland it's great to visit this Huge Old City so full of history.

More Memories Of My Castletownbere Trip

  Kinmare harbour looking serene.

The tide was out and the sea weed looked perfectly autumnal.

 Lovely reflections,

 On this calm morning.

 Ardgroom  a mixture of,

 Pastoral calm,

And West Cork,

Foower bedecked colour..

It's lovely to have some time to view these photos and remember great journeys. It is especially nice as i sit in Cork Aiport waiting to board a flight to London.

Back ' Taiching ' In Castletownbere

Sometimes you just feel that you are in exactly the right place, all feels good.

I knew it would be a perfect day.

These Autumn mists were the perfect beginning,

The countryside and mountains,

Spoke to me,

And the blue sky and sea sang to my heart.

I love these journeys West.

The long drive, the views,  tand T'ai Chi all nourish my soul.

A Walk Around The Garden At Áras An Uachtaráin

Beautiful Colours,

Dahlias in all their autumn splendour brought memories of my own mother who loved these flowers. We had them in every shade and as a child I loved when she arranged them in vases to brighten every room in our house.

Purples greens,

And Yellows along the borders delighting,

The miracle,

Of  FLOWERS,

To renew the soul.

Beautiful bell sculpture to resound the wonder.

Messages to decipher,

Wise old trees,

To inspire,

Along the path back to the Áras.

All in all a great day out.
