All Classes Are Back This week

It is great to be back to a full week of T'ai Chi Classes starting tomorrow morning at ARC House.

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone and sharing this great practice.

I really enjoyed the retreat and am all set for some great work again. Looking forward to sharing some new insights and to seeing how the work we did in Sedona influences the practice.
