My daughter Jo came home for the weekend and helped me set up Sound Cloud .
Now I can upload the recordings Chris made at the last workshop so you can listen again and remember the work we did.

Really looking forward to Friday's Workshop. We will begin at 5 with some simple T'ai Chi and energy work to prepare us for a night of releasing our limitations.
