or improve, some problem, some issue, anything.


2. Could you just simply welcome how you feel about it? Could you let it be here as best
you can? Welcome the thoughts, feelings, beliefs and welcome the memories. Could
you just let it all be here? It’s here anyway, why not just welcome it?


3. Could you welcome, too, and wanting to change it, make it difference, push it away or
keep it close. Welcome any wanting approval, security, control, oneness or
separateness. Welcome all the wanting related to this topic.

4. Could you also welcome any sense that any of it is who you really are or part of your
identity?

5. Now, just open inside, and notice what happens, and as you look beyond all of it, what
is actually here, now?
