It was fabulous to share releasing and hear how the method is working to make life more fun and enjoyable.
As Lester said , " Each time you Let Go you get Lighter , if you Let Go continuously you will become  continuously lighter.
This really appeals to me and I have noticed how much easier it is to see the funny side to life since releasing.  Others too have remarked how they just find themselves laughing in  situations where previously they would have stressed. A good sense of humour can be our greatest ally in personal growth. It stops us from taking ourselves and our journey too seriously.  And as the saying goes " If you don't have a sense of humour then it's just not funny. ".
