Here is a figure 8 exercise developed by John Kells. A great exercise to
improve your coordination and fluidity of movement. It's a wonderfully
healing exercise I always feel my body loves to practice these 8's.
I also love to watch others practice them as even when I watch
people making 8's I can feel them circulate inside my body too.
