Empowering Exercise
Here is the empowering exercise that is so useful in opening ourselves up especially when we are feeling reluctant. It has been shown is experiments that when we open our body physically for 2 minutes hormones are released into our blood stream that cause us to feel more empowered or courageous. How cool is that !!! This is exactly what this exercise will do for you so go on and give it a go you will be glad that you did.

Welcome
Welcome to the great T'ai chi group at ARC House on Thursday morning. It was lovely to have the opportunity to share time, relaxation and some T'ai Chi with you all. Here is the ' Ball ' exercise that we 'played' .
