Mini Form To Lesson 5


Here is the Mini Form as far as lesson 5 to help you remember the postures.

Enjoy your practise remember to relax there is NO rush. T'ai Chi is about becoming consciously present in your body, in this moment, noticing all the sensations, all the feelings, all the connections both internally and externally.So just relax (as best you can) and each time you practise you will grow in your self awareness, peace and presence.
