Welcome to New T'ai Chi Beginners


A Big Welcome to new T'ai chi beginners, it is my privilege to share this great practise with you. There are so many benefits to be gained from practising T'ai Chi. You will notice improvements in balance, health, relaxation and flexibility, and that is just mentioning a few obvious benefits. I will allow you to discover your own as part of this journey of self discovery.

Enjoy your practise remember to relax there is NO rush. T'ai Chi is about becoming consciously present in your body, in this moment, noticing all the sensations, all the feelings, all the connections both internally and externally.So just relax (as best you can) and each time you practise you will grow in your self awareness, peace and presence.
