Farewell Until September

Here is the section from Lifting Hands to White Crane Spreads Wings that we worked on yesterday.
It was such a lovely session and poignant with all the events surrounding our practise.
I felt really lonely as we drove home and visiting the stone circle near Lauragh lifted my spirits, being in the presence  of such ancient monuments put everything in perspective.

Here is the beginning of the Mini Form for our new beginners, it is so nice to have you join us and bring new energy and expansion to our group.
I will post more beginning exercises during the week.

We decided to follow the path to Caiseal Coillte, Cashelkeelty Stone Circle

It was wild and windy but that didn't take from the beauty.

Such wonderful craftsmanship in the stone wall that lined our path.

And the views were stunning, even on this cloudy day.

 Even on this cloudy day.

These stones radiate an ancient energy,

 Mysterious,

And majestic.
