Some teachers say that applications should only be shown when students are already well versed in the Art of T'ai Chi. I am really grateful to my teacher Steven Moore who generously shared all these applications with me before I was even semi- versed. I have always loved hands on applications and find them a great tool in sharing the principles of our Art.
