Cheng Man Ching

I am so grateful to my friend Pat for sending me the link to the Cheng Man Ching video below.
Our 'T'ai Chi' style comes to us through John Kells, who studied with Master Chi, a student of Cheng Man Ching.

Cheng Man Ching was a student of the famous Yang Cheng Fu, who was a 3rd generation master of the Yang Family style of Tai Chi Chuan. Cheng went on to develop his own shortened version of the Tai Chi form based on the Yang style. Cheng Man Ching spent many years in Taiwan, where he taught Tai Chi to students such as Benjamen Lo, T.T. Liang, William C.C. Chen and others. Later, Cheng moved to the United States where he taught many Americans the art of Tai Chi Chuan
