Here Charlie Morley giving his talk on Mindfulness Of Dream And Sleep. What an interesting day,
each speaker gave us a 'taste' of their work. Tim Freke entertained and inspired us with his presentation on Lucid Dreaming, he actually filled the space with his enthusiasm. William Buhlman rounded off the day with his life's work on OBE . It was amazing to get to meet and speak with all these explorers of consciousmess whose books adorn my shelfs.
