Here is a centring exercise I posted a few months ago in response to requests following my Open focus Webinar with Dr Fefmi and his wife Susan.
Tonight's Webinar reminded me of it so I thought I'd share it again.
Any time we come into Open Focus our mind space expands.
Just pause for a moment and notice the space all around .
Now feel that space ( this may take a little practice ) but in learning to feel space you learn an amazing tool for relaxing and healing your body.
