Working with your energy body

As  soon as you can feel your energy you are no longer a believer now you Know that  you are more than your physical body.
This is an amazing realisation and once consciously recognised has the potential to completely transform your life.
Now you Know for certain that there is much more to this world than meets or is observed through the eyes and ordinary senses.

Now you have awakened  to a new level of perception. This is sometimes refereed  to as a sixth sense or psychic awareness, but the name is  not important what is important is that you can feel it and can begin your journey into the world of energy.

You are now opening to vast realms of information and knowledge which were hidden from you because you didn't or couldn't even imagine their existence.
From now on you can work with your energy body and make your own discoveries , you can become a 2013 Columbus only now your journeys are mostly into the inner realms.

Sleep is no longer lost time but rather a time when  your dreams can teach and reveal wonders.  The time  at your disposal for learning and growth has just expanded hugely and this life's possibilities are limitless.

Since becoming  ' Reconnected  '  last year, so much has changed in my experience of this life.
My knowledge  and understanding of energy and our connection to it and it's influence and potential in our external and internal lives has led me to adventures I never would have dreamt of a year ago.

So I share these exercises in the hope that you too will spend time and develop your truly amazing potential.

I believe that we are all beings of light here in this life  to ' remember ' who we really are , this 'remembering ' is part of our evolution and each step we take is a step for our universe.

Each time we wake up a little more the whole universe wakes up with us.

Energy partner work to develop listening and awareness skills

This was the first warm up exercise I adapted to enhance energy awareness. This exercise also develops the ability to tune into and listen ' energetically ' to one's partner.  In this exercise the players move closer together  ( when they are both in the front foot ) and further apart when in the back foot.

In this single hand version of the first  exercise,  it is easy to get the sense of pulling or stretching  the energy as we move apart and of compressing the energy as we move closer together.

Here is the new variation  single hand version , I love the continuous flow of energy here and when watching the single hand version one can see that we are describing an 8 as we move back and forth while  ' listening' to the  energy between us.

In the two handed version one can see the 8's between both sets of hands once they have been found in the one handed version. I particularly like the continuous flowing together without the ' breaking  ' of the energy connection in the first version of this exercise.

New variation on cross energy warm up

Here is the original warm up that I have been investigating.

As soon as I added the stepping to the variation  seen here below with Hsiao Hwa , I felt there was more to do. I love the feel of this variation but was not quite happy about the way our energy  '  bounces ' back where we meet. This is very good and interesting as it highlights the presence of the energy and facilitates beginners ability to connect to and feel this very subtle energy , however I wanted a way to keep a continuous flow between us, rather than just having two  ' opposite '  energies meeting in the canter.

.

I couldn't wait to get to T'ai Chi last night and try out the new variation . Here it is with Joan and Steven .
So happy and excited with how well it works

In this version one person begins in the front foot and the other begins the same posture on the back foot. It is as if they are a half wave out of sync (  to use a physics analogy ). This allows the energy to flow in the same direction , continuously louping  figure 8's between the players.

Woke up this morning with more ideas on how to see the variations more clearly, so phoned Joan to ask if she could come and do some work with me . .  .  .  . All very exciting and interesting  I'll share the insights as soon as I get some more time .

Rainy Day T'ai Chi

Yesterday was one of those ' soft ' wet Irish days.

Everything seemed  a little fuzzy in the mist. I  fnnd

days like that to be quite magical , the air is soft and full

of scents ,the colours are muted and easy on the eye.

These are perfect days for T'ai Chi especially if you can

practice outside and  in some shelter.

We practiced under the bandstand by the river surrounded

by lush vegetation and bird song.

A soft evening of practice , I awoke this morning full of

inspiration, and insight. My mind full of ideas on a new variation

for my cross - energy partnerwork  can't wait for tonight's class

to try it out. Will share how it  works soon.

Ps nearly forgot the Grecian Temple

Garnish Island

The island of Ilnacullin  ( Garnish ) extends to 15 hectares and is renowned for its gardens which flourish in the mild humid micro-climate of Glengarriff harbour assisted by a mainly pine shelter belt. Structures include a clock tower, Grecian Temple, Martello Tower, and an Italian Temple. Although noted for the "Italian" gardens, there is a strong Japanese influence running throughout the design. This is particularly evident at the Grecian Temple
