A little nostalgia

We are always working and stretching our partner work and solo practice.
This is the only way to deepen our understanding of this great Art.

Celebrating Success

 I had a wonderful evening at PRODIJIG in Cork Opera house on Sunday evening.

As I walked back to my car this city that I love looked even more beautiful.

I felt inspired and uplifted by the music and the amazing dancers. I felt the wonder life' s possibilities when we follow our dreams.
Alan Kenefick's passion and love for dance shone in every moment and the music was a perfect match.
 Let's Say YES, and YES and YES to dreams and their  fulfilment.
This was a perfect way to celebrate the Success of our wonderful day of Letting Go.
A Big thanks to all of you wonderful friends who made Saturday the Fun and enriching day that it turned out to be.
Looking forward to our next day together, Love Ann

Letting Go Workshop Juat 3 Spaces Left

We often ( I being generous here, I really mean mostly ) live our lives based on past experience. Unfortunately our brains are wired to focus on what is wrong or was worng, this means that we are wired to be watchful, afraid of what might go wrong right now and also in our imagined future.
 Is it any wonder that we 'mostly ' keep repeating the same 'Stories' again and again.
When we take the time to do some Self Enquiry through Releasing or Letting Go we can beome conscious of these 'Stories' that are running our lives. We can Release the blocked energy that has been stored in our bodies and liberate ourselves to be present to life's opportunities without the old Stories and fear that had been blinding us.

Letting Go of limiting memories and beliefs allows us to be At Ease and Happy right Now.

Learn to Let Go so you can be present and awake to the wonderful possibilities here in this moment.

Join me on August 13 when we will spend time discovering how life can be more relaxed and easy.

Let Go of your stressful  habits and relax into your natural true nature of peace which is always present and available as soon as we Let Go.

Always Growing And Expanding

My dear T'ai Chi friend Pat ( who is 84 years young ) has just begun writing poetry. What an inspiration to all of us to keep learning and growing.

                                        THE ATTIC
                                   In dreams, when young,
                                   I was mostly
                                   lost, frustrated;
                                   held back, too late.
                                   But sometimes,
                                   just sometimes,
                                   I wandered through a house
                                   familiar (yet not familiar)
                                   room after room,
                                   until
                                   I pushed a door
                                   into an attic
                                   and leapt and leapt
                                   between floorboards and skylight,
                                   finding what was forgotten
                                   brought such pure joy.
                                   Now, in my dreams
                                   there are problems,
                                   puzzles,
                                   but I am there, solving them.
                                   Is this progress?
                                                             Pat Francis

The Wayfarer- Padraig Pearse

As I posted these photos,

The first lines of the Wayfarer kept running through my head.

The beaury of the world hath made me sad,
This beauty that will pass,

Amazing how poems from childhood can be awakened in one's memory through nature's beauty.

The Wayfarer
The beauty of the world hath made me sad,
This beauty that will pass;
Sometimes my heart hath shaken with great joy
To see a leaping squirrel in a tree,
Or a red lady-bird upon a stalk,
Or little rabbits in a field at evening,
Lit by a slanting sun,
Or some green hill where shadows drifted by
Some quiet hill where mountainy man hath sown
And soon would reap; near to the gate of Heaven;
Or children with bare feet upon the sands
Of some ebbed sea, or playing on the streets
Of little towns in Connacht,
Things young and happy.
And then my heart hath told me:
These will pass,
Will pass and change, will die and be no more,
Things bright and green, things young and happy;
And I have gone upon my way
Sorrowful.
